Return Policy

• The product must be returned in its original good condition, with all tags and digital receipt included, within 14 days of your purchase.
• Once your item has been washed or dry cleaned, Artesano is not responsible for any damage to your finished item.
• Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You will need to book a pick-up appointment for the product by writing to us at info@artesanodesign.ca. Once we receive the item, we will provide the refund the same way as the original payment.
• Special or custom orders are final sale unless there is a significant defect. The refund will be based on the consideration of Artesano’s owner and designer.

Product Warranty

Handmade pieces are made in a very different way than mass-production items. Each piece has been carefully handcrafted with unique materials and techniques. All our textiles are created through a traditional waist-loom technique where all fibres and weaving are placed and done manually. Be aware that some small flaws could be part of the unique style of the handmade piece.

We stand for high-quality products, with Crafted Uniqueness, but if something our artisans made has a significant defect, we will refund it. We cannot exchange the piece, as all our collections are Limited Edition. If you would like the same piece, you will need to request a custom order providing your original receipt, and no extra charges will be made.

Artesano is not responsible for stains, shrinkage, pilling, fading and other damage resulting from negligence, improper cleaning or misuse. As a handmade product, variations of colour are not covered under this warranty.

Care Instructions

Proper care must be followed for your handmade textiles:

• We recommend using the product for decorative purposes only.
• Dry cleaning, or hand wash with cold water and a soft detergent, is a must.
• Please do not squeeze the fabric.
• Do not use bleach.
• Use an iron or steamer at low heat, with the fabric’s inner side facing out.
